On March 26, 2026, the long-awaited Act 2 update for Crime Scene Cleaner was finally released, featuring two new stages: Chapter 11 and Chapter 12.
While Chapter 11 (Remnants) contains only one cassette and no secrets, Chapter 12 (Amber Alert) is packed with hidden secrets and cassettes. This guide will help you find every single one of them perfectly.

Amber Alert: Secret 1 & Cassette 1
At the start of Chapter 12, enter through the open door on the right to find the Staff Area. Go up the stairs on the left; among the many barrels, you will find several marked with specific symbols.
Remember the color sequence: Blue, Yellow, Red, and Green. Return to where you placed the barrel and press the button in the corner to descend.
Arrange the barrels in the correct order to reveal the Secret. A wall on the right will open, allowing you to collect the "Garbage Truck Lullaby" cassette.
VIP Keycard, Secret 2 & Turtle Water Tank Skin
Return to the Bar and head through the path blocked by coat racks. Pass the arcade machines, go up the stairs, and grab the VIP Card from under the body.
You must score exactly 301 points within 3 rounds. If you go over or under by even 1 point, you must restart from the beginning.
Once completed, the dartboard will open. Descend the stairs and pass through the sewer to find a secret room containing the "Turtle Water Tank Skin."
Amber Alert: Secret 3 & Cassette 2)
Return to the Bar and head to the left of the entrance where a body is lying on the right. Open the door that is partially blocked by a chair and head down to the basement.
Open the large door (VIP Keycard required) to enter the "BOXLOCATION BOXINGRING" area.
Across the ring, there is a path blocked by a fence. Go up the stairs near the fence, open the door with the bone painting in the lounge, and enter the Maintenance Room.
Climb the ladder and look for a large painting on the left. You can walk straight through the painting—no need to open it like a door. Inside, you will find a Secret and the "Goodbye" cassette.
Amber Alert: Secret 4 & Cassette 3 & 4
Exit the secret room and follow the path to the control room. Flip the switch to open the chain-link fence surrounding the ring. It’s better to do this now for easier cleaning later.
Go down the opposite stairs. Before exiting, pick up the face statue behind the stairs and take it to the entrance decorated with balloons across the ring.
